Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions
- Reservations and Payments: Reservations are confirmed once the agreed payment has been received. Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking.
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in 3PM and check-out 11AM times will be arranged in advance with the host.
- Use of the Apartment: The property is for residential and tourist accommodation only. Parties, events, and activities that disturb neighbors are not permitted.
- Occupancy: Only guests included in the reservation may stay at the property. Additional guests are not allowed without prior authorization.
- Property Care: Guests must keep the apartment in good condition and are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- House Rules: Guests must respect the building rules, quiet hours, and applicable regulations in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
- Cancellations and Liability: Cancellations are subject to the policy provided at the time of booking. The host is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, except where legally required.
- Late check-in: Access outside the regular check-in hours (11PM) is available for an additional fee of USD 20. Arrangements will be made with a designated person to welcome you upon arrival.
By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
